Semi-automatic strapping machines

When using semi-automatic strapping machines, the strap is pulled manually over the packaging good. The machine then pulls the strap tight, seals and cuts the strap. There are also semi-automatic machines available for palett strapping that you can find at the bottom of this page.

Model Basic

Our "best seller" can be used for PP strapping with 6-16 mm strap width and is a very robust machine with only few maintenance requirement. Use of the machine as well as change of strap coils is very easy.

For the semi-automatic strapping machines is the "on-place service, " not by our technicians. In the case of damage the machine must be returned to our central warehouse. In the case of a guarantee we will refund the freight costs incurred by prior consultation with our complaints department.

Model COMFORT

Semi-automatic palett strapping machines

Our semi-automatic pallet strapping machines can be differentiated in 3 regards: some can only be used with PP strapping, others for PP as well as for PET strapping. For the latter, the track can be moved automatically whereas it has to be folded down manually with the cheaper machine types. Finally, there is a machine type available having the sealing head aside allowing for horizontal strappings.

 

Model PalettPlus

Semi-automatic pallet strapping machine type "PalettPlus", for PP and PET strapping with 9-16 mm strap width, automatically movable track, required minimum heigth of only 480 mm.

PalettPlus FX

Our PalettPlus FX is the standard version for semi-automatic palett strapping. You fold down the track manually and move it below the pallet. After pulling it over the packaging good, the strap is put in the machine which subsequently pulls the strap tight, seals and cuts it.

TyreStrap

Die TyreStrap ist ein Umreifungshalbautomat, der für die Reifenindustrie entwickelt wurde. Er hat ein Seitenaggregat und eine kreisförmige Aussparung in der kugelgelagerten Tischplatte. So können Reifen bzw. Felgen bequem durch das Auge umreift werden. Die Tischhöhe beträgt 800 mm. Diese Maschine eignet sich für Reifen-Innendurchmesser von 355,6 bis 431,8 mm und Außendurchmesser von 609,6 bis 939,8 mm.
