Free arm wrapping machine: for instabile or very heavy cargo

Free arm wrapping machines are special stretchers at whom the cargo does not rotate but an arm, who lags the foil. This is ideal for instable or very heavy respectively very light cargo.

The basic modell is called Wrap Master; the "Sting"-option permits a fully automatic handling by automized foilbinding, melting and cutting. A forklift driver, for example, can station the pallet and start the wrapping programme out of the forklift by remote controll.

Wrap Master

The WRAP MASTER is a free-arm-wrapping machine out of the SeeveTEC-portfolio. It is ideal for very light and instable or very heavy cargo. The operation takes place via graphic panel with intuitive display-leading. Eight individual programms can be saved and further 360.000 programm-combinations are possible. Even demanding cargo can be wrapped easily. The security-section is protected with light-barriers, this is neccessary for all free-arm-wrapping-machines. Basically, the WRAP MASTER contains a pre-stretch-system for foil-pre-stretching. Particularly, it should be mentioned that the WRAP MASTER wrapps even pallets with a diagonal of around 3.000 mm without trouble. The maximum pallet-weight is nearly limitless.

Wrap Master Sting

The WRAP MASTER STING is technically-based on the WRAP MASTER. As an aditional feature he contains an automatic foil-binding, melting and cutting at the pallet. This high-performance-Wrapping machine is designed for about 100 or more pallet-wrappings per day.
