Mobile wrapping machines: wrapping robots for very projecting cargo

Wrapping robots are mobile wrapping machines which are appropiate for utilisation at different places or if the cargo is very wide and/or very long so that a standard-wrapping machine can not be used.

The basic model is our Synobot, which is basically a luxery version of a film-handwinder. With the Synobot Senso the user gets an efficiency advance because it drives around the cargo without user and it recognises the pallets height via sensor and thus adjusts its wrapping programme automatically.

For electric power supply the Synobot-series has got an integrated battery and so it is ideal for mobile working.

Synobot

The Synobot is the entry level for wrapping. It is optimized for casual wrappings and for very long and/or wide pallets as well as for mobile usage. The handling is easy and fast and it offers an integrated battery charger, so that no additional charger is neccessary. The film tension is adjusted manually. The wrapping height is about 2.000 mm in the basic version (optional 2.400 mm) and it is adjusted via push button. The battery can do up to 90 pallets with one charge at a wrapping time of 60 seconds per pallet. This machine additionally offers a manual cutting device.

Synobot Senso

The Synobot SENSO is an update of the Synobot with several additional features. It works with accumulator and it can wrap up to 110 pallets per charge (with 60 seconds per pallet). Additionally, it has got a photocell for recognition of the wrapping height. The wrapping speed as well as the number of wrappings can be adjusted. Further the number of wrappings at the top and bottom of the pallet can be adjusted separately.
