Turn table wrapping machines: turntable stretcher with automatic cargo-detection

Unlike free arm wrappers, a turntable wrapping machine is working with a turntable, on which the cargo is stationed and then turned around. Every kind of turntable stretcher is basically available with a so called Transpallet-Design which means, the turntable has gaps fitting the handlift trucks forks. Otherwise the placement takes place via forklift truck; another possibility is a plea in the ground for a placement at ground level. Of course we can support our customers with an appropiate framework.

The set-up of the wrapping machine follows our customers needs. This means the customer decides, if the stretcher should be equipped with, for example, an electromagnetic brake, a pre-stretch-system, a pressure plate, and so on.

Generally our basic turntable wrapping machines can be divided into:

Turntable wrapping machine type Rotarion SMART

The Rotarion SMART with its laterally arranged column is the space-saving and compact entry modell into the automatic pallet wrapping. Basically, it is provided with a turntable diameter of 1.500 mm, which is expandable up to 2.000 mm on request and even a transpallet-version is available. The SMART is equipped with an electromagnetic film brake, so a pre-stretch of up to 150% is steplessly variable; the VPT-version actually allows a pre-stretch of up to 250%. Additionally, this stretcher offers a Soft-start/stop-function and the turntable stopps after the wrapping process in its initial position. The wrapping height is adjusted by a photocell. Apart from these features, numerous other optionals are available, e.g. a ramp, a scale or a label-printer.

Rotarion

The ROTARION is the basic-model of a turntable-plate wrapping machine in the SeeveTEC-portfolio. He is a perfect entrance in the automatic pallet-wrapping und is suitable for dimensionally stable cargo with maximum weight of 1.200 kg. With an easy to handle operation tool, pallets with dimensions up to 1.200 x 800 mm or maximum 1.000 x 1.000 mm and a height up to 2.100 mm can be wrapped. The ROTARION also contains a mechanically adjustable brake for prestreching the foil and a turntable diameter of 1.500 mm. It is deliverable with either closed turntable or a transpallet-turntable with gaps for pallet truck forks. A 230V power supply voltage is neccessary.

Rotarion EVO

The ROTARION EVO suits for wrapping procedures while and after production processes with relatively stable cargo. The operation tool functions are advanced in comparison with the ROTARION basic-model (e.g. variable turntable speed, top-down-/bottom-up-wrapping, single/multiple wrapping, optional remote control für starting out of the forklift truck) and it contains three standard-wrapping-programms. At the beginning and at the end of the wrapping-process the foil is twisted with less tension to simplify knotting. The ROTARION EVO is build for an output of about 40 pallets per day or maximum 30 pallets per hour. Optional add-ons are e.g. an electromagnetic brake for foil-prestretch up to additional 120%, transpallet-turntable or power-prestretch-systems for an additional foil-prestretch up to 200%. By request the EVO can be extended up to a wrapping height of 3.000 mm, a scale or a printer. An electric power supply of 230V is neccessary.

Rotarion EVO+

The ROTARION EVO+ has a closed trolley film carriage for reduction of noise and saver handling. It is ideal for ambitious wrapping of demanding or uneven Cargo and it is build for an output of more than 50 pallets per day. The operation takes place at the back of the column via graphic, intuitional handling display. Up to six wrapping programms can be saved (controlling via plc microcontroller). Add-ons comparable to the ROTARION EVO. Electric power supply of 400V is neccessary.

Rotarion SPEED

The Rotarion SPEED is an automatic turntable wrapping machine and has been designed for a daily throughput of about 60 pallets. At most it can wrap up to 30 pallets per hour. A specific characteristic is the closed film carriage, so the film is protected against dust, radiation and humidity. The SPEED owns eight storeable wrapping programs via LCD display. Around 360.000 further program combinations are possible. Pallets with a weight of up to 2.000 kg and even difficult packages up to a height of 2.400 mm can be wrapped. With its foldaway column and its insertions the SPEED can be transported and setup fast and easy.

Rotarion Speed+

The ROTARION SPEED+ is an automatic turntable wrapping machine and offers, apart ROTARION SPEED features, an addidional foilbinding, melting and cutting at the bottom of paletts. Through the factory-delivered remote controll it allows an ideal "One-man-operation" out of the forklift truck. The ROTARION SPEED+, too, has various add-ons, depending on the customers needs. It is built for an output of about 80 pallets per day or up to 35 pallets per hour.

Rotarion Speed FS

The ROTARION SPEED FS is baded in the ROTARION SPEED+. Additionally it has a powered conveyor line for delivery and evacuation of pallets with a height of 180 mm. He also contain automatic filmbindung, melting and cutting equipment. The shutoff device is equipped with light barriers, which are included by the shipment. The ROTARION SPEED FS wrapps uo to 30-40 pallets per hour.
